8 Christian Companies Offering Free Content for Streaming during the COVID-19 Outbreak

The new year has given us a new phrase we’d rather forget: shelter at home.

Families across the nation are being asked to stay indoors and to venture out only for necessities in the battle against COVID-19.

Thankfully, Christian companies with streaming content are stepping up to help. Some have opened up their entire platform for free, while others are offering an impressive sampling. Meanwhile, one new company even moved its fall launch day up to March in order to assist families stuck at home.

If you’re a parent who is needing Christian content – or simply content that’s family-friendly – then consider trying one of these eight Christian companies that are offering free stuff during the pandemic:

1. VidAngel

1. VidAngel

It’s the company that lets families skip objectionable content in films and TV shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime – and right now, the VidAngel platform is free. This means, for example, you can cut the language out of Jurassic Park and the sexuality out of Game of Thrones. (My son and I regularly watch a filtered verse of Monk.) Learn more at VidAngel.com.
