TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT
Several years ago, I had the opportunity to go hiking. I didn't realize how afraid of heights I was until we had go across a bridge. I looked over the bridge and I froze. My friend looked at me and grabbed my hand to let me know that it was okay and that he was with me. When we got to the other side, I looked back with relief because I made it.
God reminded me in that moment, that as we journey through life, we will come across paths that will seem uncertain, unstable, unclear and the way across seems long. At times, everything around you may seem hopeless; the way down may appear to be fatal, and going back has no promise. Still, God is greater than any challenge we face, no matter what the path looks like. Just remember in those times when you feel lonely, that you are never alone and God is ordering each one of your steps.
PRAY
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you just for who you are. You are a very present help in the time of trouble. Thank you that no matter what I may go through in life, that you are always there. Thank you that when I seek you, I will also find You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
REFLECT
How do you see God ordering your steps in this season of life?
