Grace For It All – Beloved Women – September 16, 2020
READ: “And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8 ESV)
TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT: As a wife, mom of 6, ministry leader and entrepreneur, I’m often asked, “How do you do it all?” My answer is always the same. With a smile I reply, “It’s quite simple actually. Just five letters. GRACE!
In today’s verse, we find one of my absolute favorite promises from God. God led me directly to this verse when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby and asked Him how I could possibly manage my ever growing family. Since that day, He has faithfully made this verse a reality in my life. He has granted me all grace. Did you catch it in the verse? Four times, the word all is used in the verse. So when God says all, that’s exactly what He means. ALL! He will make all the grace you need abound toward you so that you have everything you need. Need more patience? Grace. Need more courage? Grace. Need to fulfill a kingdom assignment? Grace. If He’s called you to it, He’ll grace you to do it. Open your heart and your arms to receive His abounding grace.
PRAY: Father, I thank you for the inexhaustible grace that You willingly lavish upon me. You’ve called me to do great work for the kingdom and it is by Your grace that I can carry out every good work you’ve tasked to my hands. I will work heartily unto You as to not misappropriate or squander the gift of grace. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray, Amen.
