Heavenly Protection – Beloved Women – September 7, 2020
READ: “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” (Psalm 91:11 ESV)
TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT: Many celebrities have bodyguards to protect them. High ranking politicians and dignitaries have Secret Service agents and security staff who shield them from danger. For the rest of us, it may appear that we are on our own, navigating the world unprotected.
Every day we are faced with dangers seen and unseen. When we leave the house for school, work or simply to go grocery shopping, we never know what we might face. We are constantly in the path of the fiery darts of the devil. Even our own minds can be a battleground against negativity and condemnation. Despite what it may look like, we must remember that we are never alone or without protection because God commands His angels to guard us. Danger may lurk all around us and the enemy may have plans for our demise, but we need not worry because we have a heavenly security force that is with us wherever we go. We have a personal army of angels fighting our battles and the best part is, God is the Commander-in Chief.
PRAY: Father, thank you for sending Your angels to watch over me and to serve as heavenly protection over my life. In Jesus Christ’s name, I pray, Amen
