Now the days of David drew near that he should die, and he charged Solomon his son, saying: "I go the way of all the earth; be strong, therefore, and prove yourself a man."
"Father, thank you for giving me faith in the midst of these challenges that try to take me down. Your Word is strong, and your promises even stronger. I am holding on to the things and ways you have brought me through impossible times in the past. You didn't fail me then and you won't fail me now."
