Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
"Father, thank you that you've given me this process of transformation. Lord, you have made a way for me to be free from my old self and the old unhealthy ways of doing things. Help me to hold onto the new while the old is passing away."
