Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood.
"Encourage your pastor and thank him for shepherding your flock. Pray for him. The best thing you can do for your pastor who has been called by the power of the Holy Spirit to be the shepherd over his flock is to intercede for him."
