The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations.
"We serve a God whose counsel stands forever. God has fulfilled his own decrees long before you and I were born and He's going to continue to do that throughout history long after we're gone in His timing, for His purpose, and for His glory."
