Matthew 7:7-11

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

God wants to answer our prayers!

Any good father loves to give special gifts to his children, and God is a good Father. When He thinks about you His heart is full of warmth and the desire to bless you. He is waiting for you to start seeking for Him and asking of Him.

If you have never done it, I encourage you to keep a prayer journal for a while and track your requests and God’s answers. I think you will be blown away (as I was) at how much God has done in your life in direct response to your prayers.

Do you hear God’s warm invitation to you today? Ask, seek, knock. He is ready to respond from His good Father’s heart.
