About 2,000 students made professions of faith and participated in spontaneous baptisms during a revival service this week at the University of Kentucky. The event, hosted by Unite US, saw an attendance of 8,000 students at Rupp Arena the University of Kentucky on Wednesday.

"We've been praying for this night for months, and God met us here again. Over two thousand students flooded the altar to surrender their lives to Jesus, and we know it's just the beginning of all He has in store," Unite US stated in a post on Instagram.

"It's hard to believe. This keeps happening. It is insane," said Unite US speaker and founder of IF: Gathering Jennie Allen.

"Every time they are confessing their sin, they are yelling it out. They are responding to the gospel in herds. Like droves of kids are coming forward to receive Jesus," she added. "We are baptizing kids for an hour and a half. [They are] giving their lives to Jesus."

"It is only God," Allen said. "There is a movement amongst students that you can't believe. And even when you see it, you can't believe it!"

Attendees were treated to a time of worshipfellowship, as well as a message delivered by Unite US founderTonya Prewett.

"You get so tired of the enemy and his attacks that you will do anything. Even if it costs everything. Many times, God will use our deepest pain to propel us into our deepest purpose," she shared.

As a result, hundreds of the students made professions of faith for Christ, followed by baptisms.

Speaking with CBN News, Prewett explained how the event was months in the making.

"Our local student team organized weekly prayer gatherings and walked up to 42 miles one Saturday as they prayed over their campus," she noted.

"'Jericho Marches,' they called these Saturday prayer walks, and we saw walls come down last night," she added.

Unite US, which aims to "lift the name of Jesus," and has been hosting massive worship events on college campuses since its first event at Auburn University September 2023.
