A Cheerful Heart
- Updated Jul 16, 2018
I love waking up to my cheerful wife, Christie. She faces each day with hope and promise and her cheerfulness is good medicine to my sometimes discouraged heart. Solomon says, “A cheerful heart is good medicine” (Proverbs 17:22). Do you offer cheerful medicine to those around you? Are you an energy giver or an energy taker? Pay close attention to how you interact with those in your world. Be someone who gives cheerfulness, not only for their benefit but for yours as well.
