Be Honest With Your Feelings
- Published Sep 04, 2020
Scripture shares the stories of real people with real feelings. Jesus was sad about Lazurus’ death and his friend’s mourning, was joyful at the feast of Cana, was frustrated that is disciples would not stay awake with him in the Garden of Gethsemane, and even lamented his own impending death. Feelings are a normal part of life. Do you allow for your own feelings? Do you allow your feelings to inform you about what may be needed in your life? Take time, as Jesus did, to tend to your own inner well-being, listening to feelings that are given to you by God and part of His design for your life.
