Being Gentle

Being Gentle

Every conversation will flow smoother if we speak with gentleness. The Apostle Paul tells us that our speech must be wholesome and benefiting those who listen (Ephesians 4:29). As you consider how you talk to those around you, are you gentle? Would others describe you as gentle? If not, consider what is going on for you that puts you into an emotional place where you are aggressive or pushy. Pray for the wisdom to approach every encounter with gentleness.
