Holding Convictions
- Published Feb 04, 2019
There are times when we must ‘know what we know in our knower’ and act accordingly. There are times when we must show strength of character and convictions and do the right thing. Jesus is our example of a man who came to bring peace, but also spoke out of strong convictions. Consider that Jesus often brought division when he spoke, and He said this about himself: “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword” (Matthew 10:34). Know that there are times when you must stand firm with your convictions.
