In Negotiations

Jill and Bill live in Chicago. Jill works at a large company as Human Resource Director. Bill has a law practice. Jill has been offered an advancement opportunity with a substantial raise in pay. The job is in the New York office.
Both are excited about the opportunity; however, it has taken Bill a number of years to build his practice and two of their four children live in Chicago. This is a change that could require them to move, or possibly live apart during the week.
In order for them to make a decision it is necessary they both share their feelings and do some negotiating. Together, they can come to a decision that suits both of them. They might consider some help in coming to an understanding.
