We are told to treat our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit (I Corinthians 6:19-20). This is a sobering thought. If my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is, then I will care for it with a balance in my work life, getting plenty of rest, nutritious meals and healthy relationships. Any one of these might be a challenge for you. Where do you need to practice Holy Spirit living? How can you do a better job of caring for the vessel that houses God?
