Theme:God Works Even When We Can’t See Him
God Answers
Scripture:“I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer.” (Psalm 17:6).
Play: Try to create different bird sounds. Can you sound like a songbird? A duck? A crow? A parrot?
Talk: Birds often use their songs to call out to one another or warn others of danger. Sometimes, if you sound enough like their “friends,” birds will call back to you! When we’re in need, we can call out to God. And His response to us is so much more than just bird chatter; He knows our need and answers us. That’s what Psalm 17:6 says. While God doesn’t always answer our prayers the way we want, His purposes are greater than ours. What are some ways God can answer prayers?
Pray: Thank God that when you call out to Him, He will always hear and answer.
