“First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed in all the world. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I mention you always in my prayers, asking that somehow by God's will I may now at last succeed in coming to you. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you—that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.”
Faith is contagious!
If you want your faith to increase, spend time with other people who live by faith in God. As you see how they trust God in every situation and look to him to provide their needs and work in any circumstances, you will find yourself beginning to do the same. As you see God coming through for them again and again, your faith will grow.
As you begin to see God at work in your life in response to your faith, God wants you to share your experience of him with others, so that their faith can grow too! Let’s be like glowing coals, firing each other up, encouraging each other however cold the night gets!
