Show God’s Faithfulness to Others
Scripture: I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me faithful, appointing me to his service. (1 Timothy 1:12)
Play: Look through a photo album. Talk about your favorite memories of your family and friends. Consider how you have influenced some of them and they have changed you.
Talk: Old Faithful — a geyser at Yellowstone National Park — erupts approximately 17 times per day, every 30 to 120 minutes, for one to five minutes! Why do you think it was named “Old Faithful?” God wants us to be reliable, just like this geyser in Yellowstone. Our consistency in loving and caring for others will demonstrate God's faithfulness to them.
Pray: Thank God for the people He has put in your life — your family, friends and others. Ask Him how you can show them His faithfulness.
