As you are experiencing the holidays with an orphan spirit, know that the Father is pursuing you. As the child, as the son or daughter of the King, he is preparing a place at his table for you. He is more than you can ask for or imagine. We are all adopted into a royal family.
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him (1 John 3:1).
