Today's verse is Matthew 7:21 with Amanda Idleman.
Not everyone who says to Me, "Lord, Lord," will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
"We see that David's humility is what kept his heart close to the Lord. Even in the worst mistakes. So God wants us to live with humility and he wants us to seek him. David always prayed when he was in a time of need and God always answered... So if we want to be people who are showing up in heaven, and God's receiving us with this big hug and just rejoicing that his saint has come home to him, we need to make sure we know him and we are following his way."
