Welcome Crosswalk PLUS subscribers! These raw, uncut video takes on Scripture are brought to you ad-free from the hearts of your favorite Crosswalk contributors. We'll examine a Bible verse, application and prayer in five minutes or less as an encouraging way to start any day.

Today's verse is Matthew 2:3 with Amanda Idleman.

When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.

"Just hearing the news that this future king was born created a deep anxiety in the whole community. That means, there was a true faith in the Word of God, even by those not following Christ... I hope that that pushes you to dig into the Word a little more and examine how you respond to what God says."
