    1. Coming Home to North Dakota Western Romance Box Set Books 1-8 by Jessie Gussman

I just finished this series about a week ago and loved it. Jessie's writing is engaging, heartfelt, and full of faith, which I love. You will love the cowboys of Sweet Water, too. Here is a little more about the cowboys you will read about.

Book 1: Derek and Rose reunite after several years apart and mistakenly think they are becoming an item. However, neither of them can lie, and both have deeply wounded hearts.

Book 2: Armstrong Brant steps between Glory Baldwin and a cow, saving her life so she feels she owes him some help in the summer with his four children after he gets wounded. As they grow closer, both wonder if they should take a chance on the other. But when his ex waltzes back into his life, Armstrong has to decide between the past and the best thing that's ever happened to him.

Book 3: Bellamy is the highest-paid actress in Hollywood, with five divorces behind her and a life in shambles. She decides to rent a vacation house in North Dakota to clear her head. When an old classmate walks back into Calhoun's life, claiming her oldest is his, he knows it isn't true. Regardless, he winds up watching all three kids while doing vacation home renovations for his neighbor. Then a snowstorm hits, and he winds up being snowed in with the actress and the three boys. As they get to know each other better, will this lead to an instant family?

Book 4: Silas and Gladys are best friends, and she loves to go drag racing in the middle of the night. However, her twenty-fifth birthday is approaching fast, and in order for her to receive her inheritance, she must get married. Although her parents have presented many suitors for her to consider, her heart belongs to Silas. He has always been a loyal friend to her and never steered her wrong. Then tragedy strikes, and she has decisions to make. Can she convince Silas that dreams are best shared?

Book 5: When Shasta Bingley develops pneumonia, she is shocked at how the town of Sweet Water supports her. Especially Nolt Powers, her best friend's brother. He helps pay for her housing and stays with her so she isn't alone. Once recovered, she knows she has to leave town because she can't support herself as an artist there. Then tragedy hits and Nolt needs her to return the favor of help. She stays and helps but decides to leave once Nolt is okay. Can she say goodbye to the love of her life?

Book 6: Sadie Powers has crushed on her best friend's brother forever. But when the local matchmaking group asks her to help set this man up with someone else, she's hesitant. When Colman Baldwin is asked to give riding lessons to the child of a single mom in town, he is happy to help. However, he doesn't know he's being set up to fall for the wrong woman. Will this matchmaking fiasco get sorted out and will Sadie be with the man she's loved for years?

Book 7: He is a bitter, angry baseball player. She is a single mom who is exhausted and trying to make ends meet. Peyton Sinclair moved her son from her ex-mother-in-law's toxic treatment and moved to Sweet Water for a fresh start. She loves running her bookstore and bakeshop and has little time for anything else. Bryce Shaker is a baseball player who retired after a tragic accident. He bought an old mansion north of Sweet Water and wants to be left alone. But first, he needs six thousand books in his library cataloged. One matchmaker in town asks Peyton to help Bryce out and she reluctantly agrees. Will they forge a friendship and experience a blossoming romance?

Book 8: Dwight Eckenrod is a famous baseball player and has never even dreamed of hiring a matchmaker. Despite trying everything he can think of, nothing seems to work to catch the eye of Orchid Baldwin. He's thinking hiring the Piece Makers, Sweet Water's quilt-making and matchmaker group, is his only hope. He gives it a shot but is stunned to find out they don't want him. Orchid has heard that Dwight has a thing for her, but she's not into self-centered men. She slowly comes to realize that everything he's been saying is because he hopes he can be good enough for her. Can she see past his self-centered ways to see the real man underneath who longs to spend his life with her?
