This might be one of the most important articles I've ever written. As I describe God's love for His people, my heart is overwhelmed with the desire for every person reading this to know and experience the fullness of Christ's love today.
Whether you've walked with God for many years or are just now stepping into the knowledge of who He is, be blessed by these specific ways God loves His people.
1. He Loves Inherently

"For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves." (Ephesians 1:4-6)
Before the creation of the world, God made plans for you, plans for a holy, set-apart life through His Son. He thought of you with great love and delight, desiring that you would repent, believe, and be saved, surrendering to His perfect will for your life. Do you hear Him calling today?
"And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus." (1 John 4:16-17)
Thank You, Lord, for inherently loving me from before the foundation of the world. I want to live in Your love, walk in Your ways, and serve You all of my days. In Jesus' holy name, amen.

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, 'My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2)
The protective nature of God's love is like a mighty fortress that cannot be shaken. Each brick of His divine nature surrounds you with the peace and assurance that you are His. When the enemy's arrows come, stand strong in the Lord, protected by His great love for you. Guarded, kept, held, and secure—this is your position in the saving grace of Christ Jesus.
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.' No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:35-39)
Thank You, Lord, for loving and protecting me. I trust You to shield me from all harm. Nothing can separate me from Your love. I stand strong in Christ Jesus, my Lord and Savior forever. Amen.

"He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel." (2 Timothy 1:9-10)
Of all the ways God loves His people, the sacrificial love He displayed through Jesus' death and resurrection is the most lavish and life-changing love of all. Have you received the free gift of salvation offered through Jesus' sacrifice? It is available to you now.
"This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another." (1 John 4:9-11)
Thank You, Lord, for sending Your Son into the world that I might live. Your sacrificial love is beyond anything I could ever think or imagine. I receive Your beautiful gift of salvation anew, in Jesus' precious name, amen.

4. He Loves Steadfastly

"You have led in your steadfast love the people whom you have redeemed; you have guided them by your strength to your holy abode." (Deuteronomy 15:13 ESV)
How comforting to know God's love for us continues day after day. His compassions fail not; they are new every morning. In His strength, we live, move, and have our being. Do you feel the steadfast love of the Father guiding you?
"'Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,' says the Lord, who has compassion on you." (Isaiah 54:10)
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love! Because of Your steadfast presence, I rest in the covenant of Your peace. In Jesus' holy name, amen.
5. He Loves Deeply

"Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep. You, Lord, preserve both people and animals. How priceless is your unfailing love, O God!" (Psalm 36:5-7)
When you love someone deeply, you care about everything that concerns them. Our Father in heaven cares so deeply that He preserves us through every trial. His love and faithfulness reach the heavens. Look up today and know that He is God.
"And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:17-18)
Thank You, Lord, for constantly showing me how deep Your love is for me. Beyond all knowledge and comprehension, the fullness of Your love surrounds me with comfort and joy. In Jesus' holy name, amen.

"Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments." (Deuteronomy 7:9)
Let your heart rest assured of God's continual love for you and your family for a thousand generations. Commit your loved ones to Him, asking Him to call them by name and draw them near. He hears. He sees. He loves.
"And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:20)
Thank You, Lord, for remaining with us through it all. Every moment of every day, You are with us. In Jesus' mighty name, amen.
7. He Loves Everlastingly

"I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness." (Jeremiah 31:3)
Everlasting love and unfailing kindness are the very nature of God. This means there is no end to His affection for you. The well of His love does not run dry but is eternally filled with living water. Drink from the well of living water today. Oh, how He loves you and me!
"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords: His love endures forever. To him who alone does great wonders, His love endures forever." (Psalm 136:1-4)
Thank You, Lord, for the wonders of Your love. For all eternity, I get to experience Your living presence and praise Your wonderful name. In Jesus, my Savior, amen.
