2 Year Old Hears Mommy's Voice For The First Time - ADORABLE Reaction

Cooper is an adorable and happy 2 year old that was born deaf. Thanks be to God for advances in medicine that allow for Cooper to hear his mother's voice for the very first time. His reaction is absolutely precious!!
