Are Christians Allowed to Drink Alcohol?
Alcohol can be a controlling substance; we are not called to be controlled by anything other than the Spirit of God.

When you look at what the Bible says about alcohol, even how the Bible uses the idea of wine, it oftentimes is shown in a positive light and connected to joy and celebration. Scripture always gives very clear guidelines against drunkenness. Alcohol can be a controlling substance; we are not called to be controlled by anything other than the Spirit of God.
