How Was it Decided Which Books Would Be Put in the Bible? 

So how was it decided which books were put in the Bible and which ones weren't? That's an important question - we believe the Bible to be the inerrant word of God and if we believe that, we need to know how these books came about and how they came to us. In the Old Testament, it's easier since Jesus himself and early Christians viewed those books as authoritative. In the New Testament, it's a bit more of a process.
