Video Shows Candace Cameron Bure Transform Into Her Unsung Hero Character

Every movie ever made is a total team effort. From small, shoestring-budget documentaries to the biggest blockbuster showing at the theater near you, it required many different people's blood, sweat, tears and talents. That movie is simply the finished product of all that hard work.

The actors who appear on screen are just a few of the people who work on any given film. There are producers, executive producers, photographers, camera operators, sound people, directors, caterers, security guards, etc. Stay and watch a film’s entire end credits sequence, and you’ll be amazed at the number of people needed to make movies possible.

Hair and makeup artists are another group of people and a department that works hard behind the scenes. They do not get enough credit for their work. Those in the hair, makeup and wardrobe departments work diligently to ensure the actors have just the right look for their character.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Candace shows her transformation as she goes from Candace to Kay Albright, her character in the film “Unsung Hero.”

The sped-up, time-lapse video begins with Candace entering the trailer and sitting in the makeup chair. One woman continually and methodically works on her hair as she sits in the chair. Eventually, Candace gets a dark-brown, reddish wig placed on her head.

But that is not the end. That same woman continues working on Candace’s hair to achieve just the right look and feel for her character.

Next, a second woman starts applying makeup to Candace’s face. There does not appear to be an inch of Candace’s face without makeup on it.

Candace models her brand-new look at the end of the short, 1-minute video. Her transformation for the movie to Kay Albright is now complete.

Colossians 3:17 “And whatever you do, in word or in act, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving praise to God the Father through him.”
